Our Values

“His knowledge and application of Lean-Sigma methodology is without question...."
Paul Clifford - Managing Director - Messier Services UK Ltd   Read in full...
Any Board that fails to understand the need for simultaneously considering the interaction of Business Performance, Leadership Style and Effectiveness is at best myopic and at worst stupid...
Strong commitment, a culture of trust and open leadership is increasingly seen as a vital to competitive advantage...
The best performance employee can be 250% more productive than the worst, but it is how well led and managed people are that makes the difference...
Businesses that create shareholder value by obsessively cutting costs and restructuring de-motivate their workers...
Business Leaders often have a more positive impression of their own leadership style than those who are being led...

"Championing Change, Challenging The Status Quo" is our ethos!

We believe that all businesses and organisations need to adapt and grow with the ever changing demands and increasing complexity of the market place. Intuitively most senior leaders within modern businesses recognise this fact but all too often misunderstand or lack the necessary skill set to deliver effective and sustainable change from the top to the bottom of their organisations.Do not despair we can help!

Buying consultancy is a major investment for any business and all too often is made more difficult by failing to appreciate and accurately articulate the real underlying problems; we do not shirk from asking the difficult questions that will help your organisation to become leaner, fitter and better led whether this is through our unique interim management style (hands on & dynamic) or through a more traditional consultancy assignment. In either case we underwrite our offering by:

  1. Valuing your customers and understanding what your customers value
  2. Valuing your profitability and a long term approach to its continued growth
  3. Valuing the confidentiality of what your business does
  4. Valuing the leaders and followers in your organisation
  5. Valuing commitment & hard work
  6. Valuing honesty & plain talking at all levels to avoid any confusion on the need to change and the action required for success
  7. Valuing actions that have been carefully and properly developed to align with the vision of your business
  8. Valuing business leaders who are willing to share accountability and ‘the limelight’ when things go well...
  9. Valuing the right of all employees to enjoy their own national and unique business cultures
  10. Valuing different styles of leader
  11. Valuing the professional and personal relationships we develop with our clients
  12. Valuing the need for work and play!
What makes an effective team?
It’s continuity, daily work, being patient with we trust them and if we provide them with the right preperation that sooner or later they grow up and they start to perform.
The other thing is the core of the group, the structure, the tactical concept, the harmony between the participants, the tactical knowledge, making the younger ones grow up to be more mature, more knowledgeable of the process.
