Brief/Assignment
In conjunction with theSenior Management team, develop and implement a sustainable lean transformation programme commencing with the implementation of Lean Policy Deployment, leading to the rollout and eventual handover of a comprehensive self sustaining ‘lean’ toolkit that included standardised approaches for Value Stream Mapping, Kaizenevents etc.

- A clear report identifying the required levels of improvement against benchmarked management processes and shopper formance
- Introduction and maintenance of standardised management processes for the entire factory inline with the outputs from Lean Policy Deployment
- Improving machine utilisation based on a standardised working methodology combined with new fixture concepts/SMED
